Our caregivers' background is checked locally, nationally, and through the Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR), by the State’s Highway Patrol. We conduct thorough interviews and reference checks. Our caregivers are insured and bonded as well as certified as Home Health Aide, Certified Nurse's, Assistants, and Personal Care Aid (or Assistant). The goal is to have one and the same caregiver with the patient every day, for a closer relationship and greater understanding. On the outcome, all of our caregivers are considered as close as family members committed to each individual's needs. They are trained to help their patient remain active in their surroundings, to receive and maintain freedom coming and going for any kind of events and to have social interactions. We are a In Home-Caring company. It is about the comfort of your loved one, each individual is different we carefully evaluate each case to make sure we offer services, as we would want for our own family. Our weekly supervision of clients helps us to get to know each individual and their family personally, because we know how important your family is to you.
